Mike has been a real estate broker for over 14 years, serving clients in southern California.  A seasoned professional and Air Force veteran, 

Mike has an award-winning career in the aerospace industry, with over 35 years of experience. 

His passion for working in real estate and helping clients to find their dream home became a reality when he opened Wallace & Associates Realty, Inc. in 2009, a full-service residential, buying and selling business.  

Mike champions a philosophy of continuous learning and keeping up with innovation in the STEM field and attributes his success in his work to those who helped mentor him.  A passion for teaching, learning and mentoring, Mike taught mathematics and engineering for over 13 years in the California Community College and California State University systems. 

Mike has a BS in Electrical Engineering, a MS in Engineering Management from California State University of Northridge (CSUN) and an Engineer’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California (USC). 

He has completed a Graduate Certificate in System Architecture and Engineering from USC, a Certificate in Systems Engineering from California Institute of Technology (Cal Tech) and has the real estate designation of a Certified Distress Property Expert (CDPE).  

He is a first-generation college graduate in his family and prides himself in serving his clients with a personal touch.  He and his wife of 20 years, Deborah (Deb) have a reputation of providing professional real estate services with a focus on the customer! 

Deb has been a real estate broker in California for over 14 years and has a reputation of working with repeat clients. Her passion is working with first time buyers to make their real estate dream a reality.  Deb has a knack for business, working in education as an administrator and CFO.  She prides herself on her ability to work with clients with a personal touch.  

Deb has served on various public service boards, with the goal of making a difference in her community. She has been an advocate for women and children and has served on coalitions to raise scholarship dollars for college students. 

Her passion for mentoring and serving college students is highlighted throughout her award- winning career as a state of California administrator in education. 

Deb earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Economics and Finance (with honors) from Elizabeth City State University, in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, a constituent institution of the University of North Carolina system. 

Gennifer, a life-long resident of the Antelope Valley has a unique understanding of the valley and surrounding areas. She bought her first home at the age of 20 which helped ignite her passion for real estate. She remembers the challenges she faced and wants to help make sure her clients do not face the same frustrations that so many home buyers experience today. 

Gennifer's MBA along with her project management skills positions her to understand and appreciate the business side of the real estate industry and her passion for marketing and creating promotional materials has assisted the Wallace and Associates brand.

Her project management background provides her with the ability to think beyond the real estate agreements and contracts and effectively plan and coordinate her real estate transactions. 

Gennifer has a BS in Business Administration and MBA and has established herself as a real estate professional with effective follow-up and meeting the unique needs of her clients. 

Jinah Kim is the founder and executive producer of WorldWise Productions (www.WWPVideo.com), a full-service commercial and corporate video production company specializing in education, training and marketing videos. Our clients include Jinah’s alma mater, UCLA, and the entire University of California system, Cedars Sinai, Stanford, Los Angeles County, among others.   

She is also a part-time correspondent for NBC News, reporting primarily for NBC News Channel and MSNBC.    She's also an inventor, having created the NIKO Easy Wash Children’s Car Seat Cover (www.NikoCarSeatCover.com), which was awarded a full utility patent in 2021.  It is the “Amazon Choice” for children’s car seat covers.  

She is a past president of the Asian American Journalists Association’s Los Angeles and San Diego chapters.  She also sits on numerous national boards and mentors aspiring journalists, filmmakers and entrepreneurs.  She was co-chair of two national AAJA conventions.  She is frequently featured as a guest speaker and emcee at dozens of major events in Southern California throughout the year.  

Jinah was born in Seoul, South Korea and immigrated to the U.S. with her family when she was six. She grew up in the Los Angeles area and attended UCLA, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa, with a BA in English Literature. 

Jinah's journalism career began with her high school newspaper.  She was also a staff reporter at the Daily Bruin at UCLA. She got her first full-time job at KTLA in Los Angeles while still finishing her last year of college. She has also produced in Monterey, reported and anchored in Salinas, San Diego and Denver.  Jinah has won numerous prestigious national and regional awards for her work as a journalist.   

Jinah has a passion for languages and speaks, reads and writes Korean, German and Spanish. 

Tina Chung joined  the  Wallace  &  Associates  team  in  2022.  Tina  earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Cal Poly (San Luis Obispo, CA) and a Master of Business Administration from Friends University (Wichita, KS).  

Her professional background and experience include engineering in the aerospace and defense industry and real estate.  Tina lives and works in Southern California. She grew up in northern  California and continues to travel back and forth to the Sacramento area to visit family and friends so she can assist with your real estate needs in the area as well.  

Tina is dedicated to the real estate profession, and she is highly reliable and supportive.  She is caring and knowledgeable in the business and will be there with you every step of the process whether you are buying or selling.  She will go above and beyond to ensure you have a pleasant experience with your real estate needs.   

Tina  also  speaks  Vietnamese  and  is  looking  forward  to  expanding  her  portfolio  of  satisfied  clients  under  Wallace  & Associates  Realty.

Mui is the newest member of the Wallace and Associates team recently passed her real estate exam and licensing is pending. From serving as an educational professional for nearly 15 years to working in civil engineering to currently being a patent agent for a small, but busy law firm, Mui brings a wide range of skills and perspective to the table.     

Mui is passionate about helping people achieve.  She started tutoring as a high school freshman and discovered the excitement of watching others overcome challenges.  This excitement eventually led to a full-time teaching position after graduating with a B.S. in Chemistry and a B.A. in Classics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.  Mui has also worked in the educational technology space, participating in creating new solutions for more effective teaching and learning.  Needing to be challenged herself, Mui worked in the engineering departments of water companies, learning the municipal side of serving people and their properties.  

From working with engineers, inspectors, contractors, and architects on both sides of the counter, Mui gained a deeper understanding of the challenges each side faces and the strategies to overcome those challenges. Now as a patent agent, Mui has the opportunity to help inventors protect their ideas and inventions, which encourage greater innovation.  She proudly assists clients, with her employer and mentor, in advancing technology in ways that improve people’s lives.     

Mui is known to be meticulous and empathetic, with an eye for catching unusual details.  She cares a great deal about people and works hard at helping them meet their needs.  On occasion, Mui will tutor and teach for family and friends, because once a teacher, always a teacher.  Mui values honesty, honor, family, compassion, and a job well done.  She comes from an immigrant family who were war refugees during the Vietnam War.  

It is from them that Mui has learned the importance of operating with your best effort and being kind at all times.  As a real estate agent, Mui is excited about bringing her attention to detail and attention to people together to help clients’ (real estate) dreams come true.
